Dr. Kour graduated from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Jammu in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Microbiology. She obtained her Masters degree in the same field 2 years later. She received a gold medal for being at the top of her graduating class and was also given recognition for her educational achievements by India’s Prime Minister.

After moving to Canada in 2019, Dr. Kour worked in general practice before joining our veterinary team in the winter of 2023.

Dr. Kour’s veterinary interests are with urgent care cases and surgery. She is passionate about providing support and care to our furry patients and appreciates that she has the opportunity to do so with our team’s availability around the clock.

When not on shift Dr. Kour loves spending time with her family, hiking, travelling and long drives with her husband.
