Drea

Originally from Vietnam, I graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2025 with a diploma in Computer Automatic Systems Technician (CAST). My passion for veterinary medicine comes from a desire to better understand how animals experience pain, stress, and discomfort, and to help improve their quality of life through compassion, problem-solving, and technology.

I'm especially interested in the intersection of animal care and technology, exploring innovative ways to support veterinary medicine and enhance patient care. One of my proudest accomplishments is earning a silver medal at Skills Canada for technical proficiency, as well as a gold medal at an international English Olympiad in 2023. I also enjoy working on technology projects involving Arduino, the Internet of Things (IoT), and 3D design.

Outside of work, I enjoy building small tech projects, watching movies, and going for walks with friends. Although they're back home, I'm also the proud owner of three cats—Cox, Wind, and Butterfly—who each have their own unique personalities and always keep life interesting.
