Heather joined our team of assistants in early 2024.

Growing up in Norman Wells and Yellowknife of the North West Territories, access to veterinary services was essentially non-existant. Heather’s curiosity about pet professional health care, coupled with her love for animals and the enjoyment of learning new things resulted in Heather obtaining her first position within a veterinary hospital in 2020.

Some interesting facts about Heather: she used to competitively ski and shoot growing up. She also attended a United World College – there is only 18 UWC’s globally!.

When not at the clinic Heather enjoys working with make-up and hanging out with her Staffordshire mix, Blue!
