Michelle

Michelle graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2020 and began her career in veterinary medicine with a passion for biology, science, and hands-on work. She was drawn to the veterinary field because of the variety it offers and the opportunity to continually learn and develop new skills.

Before joining South Saskatchewan Animal Hospital, Michelle worked in the bovine genetics industry, bringing a unique perspective and experience to her veterinary career. She joined the SSAH team because of the opportunity to continue growing professionally as an RVT while being part of a supportive and positive team.

Michelle has a particular interest in anesthesia, surgery, and diagnostic procedures including laboratory work and radiology.

Outside of the hospital, Michelle enjoys spending time with her son, Owen, and riding her horse, Red. At home, she shares her life with Red-her beloved horse, and Lucky-the barn cat.
